portrait of Christ holding a staff, a thin
drape hung over his shoulder, his wrists
bound and the crown of thorns on his
head, 23cm.; 9in. high, impressed K.P.M. and
sceptre mark.

young woman in puce bodice and striped skirt holding out an apron full of flowers, on a shaped oval pad base encrusted with flowers, some repair, 11.5cm.; 4′Ain.
An Austrian porcelain Figure of a
peasant girl, circa 1900, signed Doebrich,
in the Royal Dux style, standing bare-foot on
a naturalistic rocky base, bending over, her
right arm raised as she mops her brow,
her left hand restraining the folds of her
skirt as it flutters in the wind, the whole
group coloured with bronzed pale pastel
shades and matt flesh tones, minor chips,
36.5cm.; 14Vdn. high, black painted and
impressed marks.
A white glazed ‘Vienna’ porcelain
figure Group of a music lesson, circa
1780, modelled as a young man seated on
a fluted plinth playing a pipe, a female
companion standing by his side looking
down at a young girl reading from a score,
two other children amuse themselves
about the naturalistic flower encrusted
base, firing crack, minor chips and restoration,

underglaze-blue.

and Cover, late 18th Century, the true
baluster body and domed cover painted
with scattered sprays of fruit and foliage
between a band of foliate ovolos picked
out in gilding with a central band tied with
ribbons, scattered foliage and scrolls and a
dentil rim, minor chip, knop restored,
20.75cm.; 8Vdn. high, beehive mark in underglaze-blue, impressed numerals.
A ‘Vienna’ porcelain two-handled Vase and Stand, 19th Century, the main body painted with a continuous frieze depicting ‘Adonis and Ariadne, and Hero and Leander’ in
an arcadian landscape, signed F. Lippold, beneath two gilt griffin head handles, all over a deep blue ground decorated in gilding with foliate scrollwork and lambrequins, raised
on a footed square base with similar blue and gilt decoration, cover lacking, 36.25cm.; 14′Ain. overall, shield mark in underglaze-blue, titles in red script. ”

Century, the young man standing with a
dove resting on his tricorn hat, the maiden
seated beside holding a birdcage, some

body painted with a panel of two classical
figures, titled ‘Pandora und Prometheus’
against a deep blue ground, gilt with

handles and decorated with two scenes of classical figures in a landscape, the verso with a Cupid on a gilt panel, all over a pale-pink, blue and claret ground picked out in
gilding, on a pedestal stem and matching square section stand with spreading gilt rim, each pierced domed cover with a gilt laurel wreath ring handle, minor restoration, beehive
mark in underglaze-blue, inscription in script.
A gilt-metal mounted ‘Vienna’ porcelain Mantel Clock, 2nd half 19th Century, the drum-shaped dial and movement housed beneath a dome,
raised on two rows of five blue glazed pillars, all on a spreading square base and four gilt-metal bun feet, the dome and base each decorated with four arched panels depicting
two young girls pursuing various activities, all over a deep blue ground decorated in gilding, 40cm.; 15V4n. high, shield mark in underglaze-blue.
