    Antique Porcelain: Royal Crown Derby, Staffordshire, Royal Worcester, Bohemian, Royal Doulton Porcelain, Ceramics and Pottery

    A SILVER-GILT MOUNTED GLASS INKWELL, LINER AND BOX, French, circa 1890, the square form with rounded shoulders and hobnail-cut base, mounted with two silver-gilt pierced scroll bands connected on the front and reverse by a winged female and each side with an elaborate swan-necked Aeolian harp, the neck with stamped silver-gilt hinged cover and small cylindrical liner, the silver excite French touch marks, 10cm.; 4in. high.

    A GLASS DECANTER, Dutch, late 18th Century, the bulbous body applied with vertical pinched ribs over gilt vermicular ground, the tall cylindrical neck similarly decorated between applied loop handles, 25cm.; 9-in., some gilt rubbing, part of one rib lackin.

    A PAIR OF BLUE OVERLAY GLASS
    VASES, Bohemian, circa 1860, each of
    slender baluster form, cut with elongated
    arched panels and quatrefoil windows, gilt
    rims, 28.5cm.; some gilt rubbing.

    A ‘POMEGRANATE’ TWO-
    HANDLED VASE, Moorcroft, circa 1935,
    tube-lined with a broad frieze in rich colours against a deep blue ground, impressed MOORCROFT, MADE IN ENGLAND and signed in blue WM, 12cm.; 4in  .

    TWO LIBERTY & CO. ‘FLAMMINIAN’ VASES, Moorcroft, circa
    1903-1913, each mallet form body with tall
    neck, decorated with three stylised foliate
    roundels, on a red ground, each with incised
    signature, W Moorcroft and printed Liberty mark,
    26cm.; 10in., chip to rim of one (2) .

    A TWO-HANDLED VASE, Royal Worcester, 1912, the slender ovoid body
    painted by Harry Davis, signed, with three
    sheep in a landscape, set with gilt loop
    handles raised on a square base, puce printed
    marks, shape 2063, 23cm.; 9in., damaged.

    A LARGE GLAZED EARTHENWARE
    PLAQUE, Burma tofts, late 19th Century,
    of circular form, moulded in relief with a pair of doves perched amongst blossoming branches, all covered in a dusky pink glaze. impressed BURMANTOFTS FAIENCE, 61cm.; 2in. diam., very minor rim chips  .

    A PAIR OF OVOID VASES, Royal Crown Derby, circa 1893, each gilt with flower sprays on a pale lemon ground, gilt rims, orange printed marks, 18cm.; 7in., minor hair crash to neck (2).

    A LARGE MAJOLICA JARDINIERE AND MATCHED STAND, probably Staffordshire, late 19th Century, the Jardiniere moulded with foliate scrolls picked out in green and yellow against a deep blue ground, the pedestal moulded with acanthus and glazed in brown and yellow, 110cm.; 43in., minor damage (2).

    AN EARTHENWARE SPILL VASE GROUP, Staffordshire, mid-19th Century, modelled as ‘Rachel and Companion at the Well’, raised on an oval rocky mound base, 33cm.; 13in., minor chips; also an equestrian Figure of William I, King of Prussia

    AN EQUESTRIAN FIGURE OF COLONEL PEARD, Staffordshire, circa 1864, seated on a horse facing left in plumed hat, tunic, breeches and knee boots, the oval base titled ‘C. Peard’ in raised capitals, 26cm.; 10in.; also three equestrian Groups; and a large Pair of Spaniels (6).

    A PAIR OF EARTHENWARE FIGURES OF MILTON AND SHAKES¬PEARE, Staffordshire, mid-19th Century, each standing leaning against a pile of books raided on a pedestal, octagonal titled bases, 11m.. inner damage to Shakespeare; also two Equestrian Figures, one of Colonel Bur nab, the other of The Prince of Wales’ (4).

    A LARGE STONEWARE VASE, Doulton, circa 1895. incised by Hannah Barlow, with a broad frieze of figures haymaking with horses and sheep between deep blue border* decorated with stylised leaves, mark. 44cm.; 17in., repair to rim.

    each of footed pear form, intricately pierced
    with scrolling stylised foliage, brown printed
    shield factory mark, 19.5cm.; 73In, necks

    VASES, Royal Doulton, early 20th Century,
    each of ovoid form, covered in a swirling
    mottled red and blue glaze, black printed

    GREY WAGTAIL AND CELANDINE’. A BIRD MODEL, Royal Worcester, circa 1968, modelled by Dorothy Doughty, perched on a rock, mounted in a glass case, black printed marks and title, impressed numerals 59, 14.5cm.; 5in., some damage and restoration.

    A SET OF ELEVEN BONE CHINA PLATES, Spode, circa 1890-1900, each printed in iron-red with fleur-de-lys and arrow heads within a pendant border, scalloped gilt line rim, green printed mark, red painted, 23cm.; 9in. diam. (11).

    PUZZLE JUG, early 19th Century, of
    flattened circular form on a spreading foot,
    the centre moulded with a sunburst face
    within a pierced border, the handle in the
    form of a Figure peering into the pierced
    neck, 31.5cm.; 12Vsin., minor chips and
    restoration.

    A PLATE, Derby, circa 1810, painted probably by Robert Brewer, with a central hunting scene, ‘The Kill’, within a blue and gilt garland, the rim with gilt vermicule on a deep

    blue ground reserved with an oval panel gilt with a rose, 24.5cm.; 9-Vstn., areas of gilding possibly retouched.

    A Vienna porcelain Cup and
    Saucer, 1830, the saucer moulded with
    swags and painted Bacchic masks
    centring a painted bird on a branch, all
    scattered with brightly coloured insects
    and flower sprays, the cup similarly
    decorated with classical puce and gilt
    scroll handle, tiny chip, impressed Beehive
    mark, date code and numerals.

    A ‘Vienna’ arched rectangular
    Tea Caddy, late 19th Century, one side
    painted with Venus and Cupid, the
    reverse painted with a maiden seated and
    inscribing the initials ‘AM’ onto a tree
    trunk, small chips to gilding, 10.5cm.;
    41/sin., shield mark in blue.

    A ‘Vienna’ Cabinet Tray, late
    19th Century, of oval form, with two
    pierced handles painted with a lion and a
    lioness beside a riverbank surrounded by
    date palm trees inside a wide burnished
    gilt border, restoration to handles, shield
    mark in underglaze-blue, impressed numerals.

    A ‘Vienna’ porcelain Plate, late
    19th/20th Century, painted with a titled
    portrait of Lady Hamilton after Romney,
    signed Hanats inside a circular gilt frame
    and gilt line border, some flaking of

    A good ‘Vienna’ porcelain
    Cooler, 19th Century, the drum-shaped
    body painted with two panels of classical
    figures and gods and goddesses amongst
    clouds inside octagonal gilt frames
    against a purple ground gilt and
    enamelled with two panels enclosing
    cornucopiae and scrolling foliage, raised
    on three fluted gilt monopodia supports
    and stepped circular base, the body
    surmounted by a separate waisted section
    and low domed cover, finial repaired,
    47cm.; 18V2in., shield mark in
    underglaze-blue.

    A large and impressive ‘Vienna’
    two-handled Vase and Stand, late 19th
    Century, the generous ovoid body
    painted with a panel depicting the ‘Toilet
    of Venus’, signed G. Sachs, the reverse
    painted with Aeneas and Venus by a
    military encampment against a complex
    ground reserved with two small circular
    panels painted en grisaille with Jupiter
    riding a chariot, the waisted neck
    decorated with two further figurative
    panels, set with gilt entwined snake
    handles, raised on socle and separate
    square plinth base, small chip to base and to
    handle, some wear to gilding, 75cm.; 291/2in.,
    shield mark in blue.

    An unusual Belled Urn and Cover,
    first period, the campanile-shaped bowl
    pierced with latticework picked out in ochre
    and with blue ‘jewelling’ above a band of
    green stylised leaves, raised on a slender
    column and circular foot moulded with leaves
    and berries, the lattice pierced cover with
    pine-cone finial, orange printed dog and harp
    mark, incised ‘P’, 14cm.; 5in.

    A Chamberlain’s Worcester biscuit
    porcelain Model of a poodle, circa 1820,
    standing on a rectangular tasselled cushion
    holding a basket in its mouth, incised marks

    Century, each animal seated wearing a collar
    on a shaped oval base moulded with scrolls,

    Two Worcester blue and white shell
    moulded Dishes, circa 1760, each painted in
    under glaze-blue with ‘The Two-Peony Rock
    Bird’ pattern, workmen’s marks, 8cm.; 3in.
    high; also a Worcester blue and white leaf
    moulded Pickle Dish; and a blue and white
    Cream Boat.

    Pair of Staffordshire porcelain
    Figures of musicians, possibly Lloyd of
    Shelton, circa 1825, each seated on a tree-
    stump with a dog and a lamb at their feet,
    the young man holding a pipe, his
    companion playing a lute, raised on a shaped
    circular base picked out in gilding, very minor
    chips, 15cm.

    A Pair of Mason’s ironstone Tami pot pouring Vases and Covers, circa
    1890-1900, each located ovoid body with a
    flared rim applied with blue and gilt leaf
    moulded handles, decorated with typical
    Japanese-style flowers and foliage in bands,
    surmounted by a high domed pierced lid,
    with flower finial and inner lid, one lid glued,
    chips to the other lid, chip under rim of a vase,
    under glaze-blue printed factory mark, 30in.

    A small Flight Barr and Barr porcelain Vase, circa 1813—1840, of cylindrical form with a flared rim, on a square base, applied with birds’ head and ring handles in gilt, painted

    with a portrait entitled Saint Cecilia within a gilt border on a blue and gilt foliate ground, a band of beading below the lip, restored, painted mark Flight Barr and Barr,

    Royal Porcelain Works Worcester, London House, Coventry Street, Saint Cecilia, 8.6cm.; 3in. high.

    A Bellied shell moulded Dish, second period, modelled with a shell forming the dish supported on a variety of shells and coral, in cream with a mother-of-pearl lustre interior,

    minor chip to the edge of a shell on the base, printed factory mark, 13.5cm.; 5in.

    A Pair of attractive English
    porcelain Jugs, circa 1830, each bulbous
    body and neck profusely painted with
    colourful garden flowers between gilt line
    border, one with restoration to neck and spout,24cm.; 9in.

    A Bellied panel Flower Pot, second period, of octagonal form, raised on four leaf scroll feet with flower encrustation on the shoulder, restored foot and branches, birds

    missing, printed factory mark, 28.5cm.; 11in.

    A Cant galls majolica Vase, circa 1900, modelled with three dolphins, their tails entwined forming the stem supporting a bulbous vase with an exaggerated flared wavy rim,

    painted with a continuous landscape scene, a cherub in the foreground holding the leg of two blackbirds in flight above with some string, glaze chips to the base, to painted

    cockerel mark, 29.2cm.

    A Vienna two-handled Vase and Cover, late 19th Century, the tapering cylindrical body on a flared foot and a square base, painted with three classical figures in an oval panel,

    the reverse with a centaur emerging from a river with a woman in his arms, on a red and gilt floral ground, with a pierced lid, finial and side of body restored, under

    glaze-blue shield mark, 28cm.; 1 lin.

    A German salt glazed stoneware Bella mine, 17th Century, of swelling ovoid form, applied with a small loop handle on the narrow neck and a bearded face mask below the ringed

    rim, the brown glazed body impressed with five horseshoe shapes, 44.2cm.; 17in.

    Six Volk steeds Classical Muses, circa 1890, each standing wearing floral patterned drapery holding symbols emblematic of the art, one arm restored, one arm glued and further

    small chips, under glaze factory mark, 12 to 13cm. high; to 5in.

    A five-piece blue and white Delft Garniture, late 19th Century, each octagonal moulded piece painted with a peacock displaying its tail standing on a fence within a floral and

    trellis ground, comprising: three Vases with Covers and two Vases, glaze chips and chips to rims, lids glued, under glaze painted monogram, 35 and 25cm.
    A Meissen ‘Japanese’-style Bowl, 19th Century, decorated outside with stylised flowers amongst rocks, cracked and worn, under glaze-blue crossed swords; a Booth’s pottery Bowl,

    1930’s, with stylised birds within gilt scroll borders on a blue scale ground, cracked, 24.6cm.; 9in. diam.; three Newhall Tea bowls and two Saucers and a Newhall Bowl, the bowl

    and a tea bowl cracked; a Staffordshire blue and white Cup and Cover, cracked and chipped; and a Continental Cup, handle missing.

    A French porcelain square Tray, 19th Century, painted in the centre with a cockerel, hens and other birds inside a border gilt with flowers, the rim pierced with blue and gilt

    scrollwork, chip, possibly some repainting, 21.5cm.; 8in

    A Cozen Tea bowl and Saucer, circa 1770, painted in under glaze-blue, red and gilt with flowers issuing from rocks inside a rim of blue half circles and dots, anchor mark in

    red.

    A ‘Sevres’ gilt-metal mounted Casket, late 19th Century, of bombe form, painted with gilt-framed panels of figures and landscapes against a pale yellow ground, the interior

    painted with scattered flowers, 2ucm.; 7in., pseudo Sevres mark.

    A Dutch Delft Jar and Cover, late 18th/19th Century, of gently fluted ovoid form with squat octagonal neck and foot, painted in blue with a young boy and dog beside a harbour,

    all within a border of flowers and scrolls flanked by peony sprays, the domed octagonal cover with animal finial, minor glaze chips, 35cm.

    A Garniture of five Dutch Dealt Vases, 19th Century, each of canted rectangular section, painted in blue with a girl in landscape within a moulded border flanked by sprays of
